About Northdene Dental Surgery
Some things about Northdene have changed considerably since we first opened our doors on London Road, Guildford in 1978. The equipment is different. The treatments we offer have expanded far beyond what was possible then. The team has grown.
But the things that actually matter, the reason patients stay with us for years, and bring their children, and then their grandchildren, those haven't changed at all.
We still believe that every patient deserves to feel heard before they're treated. We still believe that good dentistry begins with a conversation, not a procedure. And we still believe that a dental practice should be somewhere you look forward to coming, not somewhere you dread.
How we think about patient care
There is a particular kind of anxiety that surrounds dentistry that doesn't really exist in the same way around other kinds of healthcare.
What changes is a specific kind of experience: one where the patient feels in control, never judged, and genuinely cared about as a person rather than as a set of teeth. At Northdene, that experience starts before you even arrive.
