Your first visit is about listening, examining carefully, and explaining things clearly — not rushing into treatment.
Before you arrive
If you can, bring any previous dental records or a list of medications. Neither is required, and we can still help if you arrive without them.
At the practice
We start with a conversation. Your dentist will ask about your dental history, any concerns, and what you would like from this visit. There is no judgement if it has been a long time.
The examination
A thorough check of your teeth, gums, and soft tissues follows. X-rays may be recommended when they help us see what a visual exam cannot.
Your plan
Before you leave, we explain what we found in plain language. If treatment is needed, you receive a clear written plan with costs so you can decide at your own pace.
